This Shipping Policy explains how LapdealsPk processes, packs, and delivers your order across Pakistan. By placing an order on lapdealspk.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and verified (including a confirmation call/WhatsApp message) within [1–2] business days of being placed.
- For laptops, we perform a final function check and secure packing before dispatch — this may add [1] additional business day for refurbished units.
- Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation and, once shipped, a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
2. Delivery Areas & Estimated Timeframes
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or incomplete address information.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
- We may offer free shipping on select orders/promotions — any such offer will be clearly displayed on the Site or at checkout.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any applicable delivery/COD handling fee will be shown before you confirm your order.
4. Courier Partners
We ship using reliable, trackable courier services, including but not limited to:
- TCS
- Leopards Courier
- PostEx / M&P
All laptops are shipped insured against loss or damage during transit.
5. Packaging
- Every laptop is packed in a protective box with bubble wrap/foam padding to prevent transit damage.
- Please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery — this is required to process any claims related to transit damage, missing accessories, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) units. Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to process such claims (see our Terms of Service and Return Policy for details).
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number/link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- You can also contact us directly on [WhatsApp number] for a real-time delivery status update.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) — Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery and payment collection at the address provided at checkout.
- Please keep your phone reachable, as the courier or our team may call to confirm delivery details before arrival.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after [2–3] attempts (customer unavailable, address issue, or refusal), the order may be returned to us and cancelled. Repeated failed COD deliveries on your account may result in future COD orders being declined, and we may request an advance/token payment instead.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us — we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will send a free replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund.
- If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or contact us within [24 hours] with photos/video before opening — this ensures we can file a claim with the courier and resolve it for you at no extra cost.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and area/city are accurate and complete at checkout. LapdealsPk is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may not always be possible.
10. International Shipping
At this time, LapdealsPk ships only within Pakistan. We do not currently offer international shipping.
